Joseph has fostered strong relationships with brands from InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, Wyndham Worldwide, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. He takes great pride in building a philanthropic foundation to his business and has been a dedicated supporter and sponsor for many non-profit organizations including the Special Olympics, McKinley Children’s Center, and Kern County’s American Red Cross where he currently holds title as a Board of Director. He also serves as a Board member of the American Hotel Association, Director of California Lodging Industry Association, and as Board member of the Taiwan Hotel and Motel Owners Association of Southern California.
Executive Vice President
Mike began his career at the Radisson Inn in Park City Utah, which sparked his passion for what would be his life long career. He began as a Food and Beverage Director, and quickly moved up to become the General Manager. He was awarded the Radisson Owner’s Award for “Most Improved Average Daily Rate”. After his service there, Mike continued to collect and hone his management skills at various luxury, full service, and select service hotels including the Guild Hotel Management, Red Lion Hotels and Inns, Starwood Hotels, Cavanaugh Hotels, and John Q Hammons Hotels. Michael is a people oriented hospitality leader who delivers financial results, outstanding customer service, and has a knack for building great hospitality teams.
Senior Vice President of Real Estate
James has been responsible for the successful development and management of over a quarter of a billion dollars worth of real estate since joining Brighton. He is an active member in the hospitality industry and enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering his time to various charitable organizations.
Senior Vice President of Sales
Victor is a service minded leader known for his tremendous energy for success, and passion for motivating his team to achieve optimum results. During his employment at Marriott, he was awarded the coveted Silver Award from Marriott for Guest Satisfaction. He also serves as Chairman of Ventura County Lodging Association, as a Board Member of the Workforce Investment Board, and as a Board Member of the Ventura Visitors and Convention Bureau.

Stacy serves as a member of the Executive team and participates in strategic planning for the current, and future growth of Brighton Management.
Everardo earned a degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University and a Certificate in Accounting from the UCLA Extension program. He passed the CPA and Enrolled Agent examinations. Everardo served in the United States Marine Corps before beginning his career in the hospitality industry. Billy received his undergraduate and Master’s degree in Business Administration. One of his favorite aspects of working for the Brighton family is our ability to participate in many different charities. Most noteworthy is our work with Give Kids the World, InnVision Shelter, and Second Food Harvest bank.

Tanya Eisenman has been in the hospitality business for over 25 years holding various management positions in Sales and Operations at Country Clubs, Private Event Venues, Catering Companies, and Hotels. In the last ten years, she has held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for a Sheraton Product as well as General Manager of two Hilton products in Los Angeles and Orange County. As Brighton’s Regional Vice President, Tanya is responsible for supporting 8 full service hotels in California including: DoubleTree and Embassy Suites by Hilton, Sheraton, Holiday Inn and Westin Brands.
