Billy joined the Brighton family in 2000. Billy is responsible for all aspects of the hotel portfolio including selective services, extended stay, mid-scale, and full service properties. In addition, he is also responsible for P&L accountability, guest service excellence, property performance and owners relations. Billy exemplifies strategic leadership in directing all aspects related to the takeover of a hotel and franchise conversion. He is responsible for the creation of strategies for a new build property and renders support for the pre-opening. Billy monitors the overall profitable management of the properties through the oversight of monthly forecasting and budgeting. Billy assumes full responsibility in directing diverse accounting transactions for the properties from cash receipts to equipment acquisitions. Billy fulfills a key role in mentoring, training, and developing hotel managers, property associates, and is active in human resources.
Billy received his undergraduate and Master’s degree in Business Administration. One of his favorite aspects of working for the Brighton family is our ability to participate in many different charities. Most noteworthy is our work with Give Kids the World, InnVision Shelter, and Second Food Harvest bank.
